ORDERING

If local clients want to order through VGen as well, then I won't stop you or prohibit you.
If you place an order in any other than said platform, your order will be invalid and will be ignored.

You cannot use the commission for:
1. AI Training
2. Make it into NFT or any other form of Cryptos
3. Post it and Claim it as yours. I still retain copyrights to the artwork as the artist, credit of the artwork will go to me.By Default, clients can use the commission for personal use:
1. Profile picture
2. Header on socials
3. Wallpaper
4. Personal PrintOther than personal use you have to:
1. Promoting any form of social media: +50% extra fee
2. Making it into merchandise: +200% extra feeGENERAL
1. I have the rights to decline any orders for whatever reasons I might have.
2. I won't do the commission without visual reference of your character.
3. All commissions will be posted by default as a medium for self-promotion and commission samples. You can tell me if you want it to be private.
4. Detailed designs will be simplified.
5. Please be patient. I don't work well under pressure. You can check my Trello regularly to see updates on your commission.PAYMENT
USD: PayPal
IDR: Bank Transfer (BCA) / GoPay1. Pay 100% UPFRONT before I start working on your commission.
2. For local clients, you can have a payment plan if the price is more than Rp 500K+
3. Complete your payment within 2 DAYS after I accepted your request.
4. NO REFUNDS. Unless I am unable to finish the commission. I will refund you completely.DEADLINE
1. It would approximately take me 1 week - 1 month to finish the illustration commission. The deadline will be 2 MONTHS after I made the sketch for your commission at max.
2. If you have a hard deadline, there will be an extra fee.
3. Clients will be notified if I ever encounter any issues within the process of the commission.PROCESS
For illustration Commissions
1. There will be a commission confirmation through email before the commission process begins.
2. I will provide 1 thumbnail, then a more refined sketch for the clients to adjust.
3. I could do max 3 major adjustments at the refined sketch stage. By reaching this limit, the next one will be charged accordingly. Example of major adjustments: Change of character(s) pose / Change background / etc.
4. Once I start rendering, there will be no more adjustments allowed. Everything that was discussed prior rendering is considered final.
5. I will send the finished commission to the given emailFor Surprise Me Commissions
1. There will be a commission confirmation through email before the commission process begins.
2. I will start doing the commission without showing any of the progress. (Check my Trello if you want to see updates)
3. Once I'm finished I will send the file through email (No adjustments allowed).For Animation MEME/AMV
1. I will provide a simple thumbnail storyboard to get the general idea, then a more refined storyboard once approved for the clients to check and adjust.
2. I will figure out the color palletes for each shots of the animation for reference to what the finished look might look like to you.
3. I’ll do at max 3 major adjustments (if requested) at the animation stage. By reaching this limit, the next adjustments will be charged accordingly. Example of major adjustments: Change of character(s) pose, Change in the background, etc.
4. Once I start coloring the animation, there will be no more adjustments allowed. Everything that was discussed prior animating is considered final.
5. We then move onto the last stage, compositing. This is where i start putting effects and finishing touches or other elements.

Illustration Commission

This will determine your base price of the commission. The background will be flat colored by default.Price also depends on the complexity of the character design and background.Additional character: +50%

Suprise me!

This is a suprise commission! You will give me your prefered character details like their personality, backstory, and design. Without showing you any progress, you will recieve a fully rendered illustration ranging from bust to fullbody with either simple/complex background.All commission in this category will be up to my artistic liberty ecxept for your character design, personality, or backstory.You will recieve the finished piece within 2 month at max.Price: 30$ / Rp 200K
More than 1 character: +50% each character
